It's best to book as soon as possible, particularly for summer events. Most people book up to five or six months in advance – some even earlier.
Give them a call for a firm written quotation and pay a deposit of
approximately 10%. This will guarantee the marquee for your chosen dates.
As a rough guide to size, see the table below as to how many guests can be seated comfortably in each size of marquee. It also gives approximate numbers for a stand-up buffet. You will also need to allow extra space if you decide to add a dance floor, or bar area etc. A wedding with 100 guests seated and a with a good size dance area can comfortably fit in a 9m x 18m marquee (30ft x 60ft).
Most events require carpeting and some seating with tables. It is also recommended
that you consider choosing from a range of linings, heating and lighting to ensure that the marquee is exactly how you want it.
Eastern Marquees are happy to come out to see you, to discuss your event and to measure up the site. From that
the can provide you with a quotation detailing the complete cost. There is no cost for a site visit and no
pressure selling. You will need to settle the balance on the day the marquee is put up, or before if you wish.
If you have made a booking, but then need to add to it, or remove something or even change the date, then
they will try their best to accommodate the change.
